Everything went perfectly. Hotels comfortable, good food. Subham was an excellent driver, always waiting for us, always asking if we needed anything. The Taj was beyond my poor powers of description. Subham suggested a specialized guide for the Taj. It was an excellent suggestion and we were thrilled with Sotaj (I think his name is spelled). He really gave us invaluable information and some fun too. He had us take pictures from a bench where it looks like we're holding the finial of the main dome. Hilarious!!!!!! I will recommend your services to anyone who asks about the trip. They could not do better. Thank you so much for all your excellent service!! I will never forget my trip to India. It was better than I hoped and I was hoping for a lot.

Our temple tour has concluded successfully. I am back in Mumbai and will fly to Sydney on 13th October.
I would like to place on record our appreciation for the great customer service provided by you and Holiday Masti.
We had no problems at any of the places we visited and got excellent and timely Darshan in all the shrines that we visited.
No tour can be successful without a comfortable car and driver. There again we would give 10 out of 10 for the car, its maintenance and Mr.Bala the driver. Please pass this feedback on to him. Once again, thanks for all the organization and great service.

Well, all of us enjoyed almost every aspect of the tour. Madurai n the food n shopping was superb, so was the hotel and transport service. The trip to the temple n Pillayarpatti was great too.
Kolkata was an eye opener, could not do any shopping as the driver was not accommodating n we could not communicate but there was lots to see. Floatel was splendid! Somehow we did not like the food except for once when we stumbled upon a popular restaurant.
Darjeeling was simply awesome, the hotel, food n service.... A little too cold for comfort though!
On the whole no regrets, we had a whale of a time and thanks a million for all the quick responses to my requests. Thanks too to all the arrangements you made.

Everything was fine. Dont worry too much about the hotel in Simla.
However, my friends and I had a wonderful holidays and we look forward to going back to India again. For your information, we are planning for a break in February 2012.

On behalf of my beloved friends, Diyana and Zakiah, I would like to thank you and your team for your services from planning our programme to execution. India is really an incredible place with so much amazing colours, interesting cultures and beautiful wildlife. In fact, we agree wholeheartedly with the line "Incredible India"!
Although there were several hiccups in the beginning (for example, nobody informed us that Hotel Gautam Deluxe was changed to Conclave Hotel), we are still pleasantly satisfied by your hotel recommendations. All of them provided a comfortable and safe place to stay during our trip there.
We would also like to thank Jaggi, our driver who took care of us for the seven days. He is a friendly and superb driver who is like a fatherly figure to us. There were couple of incidents when we ran into problems, for example, miscommunication with the tailors, but Jaggi was very kind to help us sort things out. We had so much laughter together as well. He gave excellent tips on prices and what to look out for when traveling in tourist places. He is an asset to your company.
My friends and family are already interested to visit India after we showed them our photos on Facebook. We're more than happy to recommend your services to them.
